How do I receive my purchase?
All items are delivered as voucher items when you join the server after purchasing from the store.

How do I claim my GKit?
Make sure you have at least ONE empty inventory slot, then join the server and redeem your voucher or use /gkit.

What happens if my inventory is full?
If you do not have space, the voucher may be lost. TundricMC cannot replace or refund lost vouchers caused by full inventories.

What is Gold?
Gold is our in-game store currency used to unlock GKits, ranks, and other upgrades directly on the server.

I didn’t receive my purchase — what should I do?
Wait a few moments and rejoin the server. If the issue continues, contact staff through our Discord with your Tebex receipt.

Why should I support the server?
Purchases help maintain and improve TundricMC while keeping new content and updates coming for everyone.
